But here's where the magic truly begins. We're handing you the keys to our tried-and-tested brew recipe, carefully crafted to unlock the full potential of your v60 experience:
Start with a 1:16 ratio using 94-degree water. Use 15.5 grams of medium-course ground filter coffee and 250 grams of water.
Begin by pouring 50 grams of water to allow the coffee to bloom for 30 seconds.
Slowly pour another 50 grams of water over 15 seconds, letting it drain through for the next 15 seconds.
Repeat this process three more times until you reach 250 grams of water, aiming for a total pour time of 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
Allow the coffee to brew for 3 to 3 minutes and 30 seconds, depending on the coffee's roast level, density or processing method.
Pour and savour your creation over the next 5 to 10 minutes!
