at audrey, we like to do things a little differently.

instead of a blend, our milk-based coffee is a stunning washed single origin colombian produced by local farmer rafael amaya and his family in oporapa, huila.

this lot is 100% caturra and was exposed to a 60 hour anaerobic fermentation before being sun-dried on concrete patios to ideal moisture content.

each week we receive a delivery of this amazing coffee, lovingly and meticulously roasted in small batches by our local roaster and long-time friends villino coffee roasters.

across a bar we also serve a range of rotating guest roasters on espresso, batch brew, cold brew and espro. check out our partners page to see who we’re currently collaborating with.
