Welcome to Audrey Coffee.
We’re a small group of coffee shops on Hobart’s sunny Eastern Shore. Rosny Park opened in 2019, Rokeby in 2020, and Howrah in November 2026.
We started Audrey to get the coffee and the welcome right at the same time, and to build a team that stays long enough to learn your name. Customers tend to write about the crew more than the coffee. And we’re cool with that.
Everyone gets the same welcome, whether it’s your first visit or you’ve been coming since day one. Come and have a brew.
